At Coursafi, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses and training services. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or cancellation is required. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds for our digital courses, training programs, and subscription services.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Course Cancellation by Student
- Students can cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
- After 24 hours, refunds will not be provided, but students may receive course credits that can be used for future enrollments.
- If a student has accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refunds or credits will be issued.
1.2 Subscription Cancellation
- For students enrolled in subscription-based courses, cancellations can be requested at any time.
- If a subscription is canceled, students will still have access to the course until the end of the billing cycle.
1.3 Cancellation by Coursafi
Coursafi reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:
- Students will be given the option of a full refund or transfer to another course of equal value.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
- The student has not accessed more than 20% of the course material.
- The course has technical issues preventing learning, and support cannot resolve the issue within 7 days.
2.2 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Transaction fees deducted by payment gateways are non-refundable.
